variety of construction needs. Whether you need a basic
steel building, a retrofit roof, a complex facility, or one
requiring vast open spaces, using the Pascack
Builders/Butler Mfg team will help you discover fast, easy,
and environmentally friendly solutions.
With structural systems ranging from multi-story buildings
to vast clearspan building designs, Pascack can provide
steel structures that make the construction process fast and
easy.
The Widespan™ system by Butler combines the practicality
of a rigid frame with almost unlimited design flexibility.
Clearspan framing systems allow for maximum use of interior
space, which is particularly important in manufacturing
plants, warehouses, offices, and retail stores where
uninterrupted space is required. Bay spacing is available
from 16 to 30 feet.
Modular framing systems, on the other hand, are specially
designed for large buildings such as manufacturing plants,
warehouses, truck terminals, and retail stores, using a
minimum of interior columns. Modular frame buildings are
available in widths from 60 to 300 feet with interior
modules from 20 to 80 feet.
WX framing systems provide additional space for extensions
or expansions. WX frames are available in widths up to 60
feet.
The Widespan structural system uses acrylic coated
galvanized c/z structural members. The acrylic coated
galvanized finish is superior to prime paint and provides
for a brighter interior finish than red oxide primer
finishes.
