As a developer and owner of residential and commercial properties, Pascack Properties has a property management capability that is continuing to grow. Born as a result of building and managing our own commercial properties, the available skilled work force and in-house management expertise have been combined to form an efficient and effective Property Management team.
Our affiliation with Pascack Builders Inc. provides us with the labor force and contractor network necessary to provide timely, cost effective service for potential facility issues. We promote and implement preventative maintenance programs to manage and maximize the efficiency and lifetime of each facility.
Pascack Properties Inc. can solicit tenants and aid in lease negotiations. Ongoing management including managing revenues and expenses and routine maintenance are part of the “bundle of services” that we offer.
